Rules, Guidelines, and Content Policy
Baldman Games (BMG) allows – encourages – community members to create artwork. BMG is excited for the “Capture the Spirits” Legends of Greyhawk Highfolk community event, one of the first of its kind! We are excited for your participation as we explore this new kind of community event!

The Rules in Short
You own your work. Submitting does not transfer ownership.
You’re giving BMG permission to use your submission worldwide, forever, for the community project, promotion, social media, and other related uses.
No payment is provided for these uses.
BMG may edit, adapt, or feature your work and will credit you.
No generative AI content; basic tools like spellcheck are okay.- Don’t include copyrighted logos or material you don’t have rights to.
Content must be safe for work and non‑offensive.
You can still share your work non‑commercially and post it publicly for free.
Don’t sell or use it commercially in a way that implies BMG endorsement without permission.
BMG can stop using or remove submissions at any time.
You’re responsible if your submission breaks the law or infringes someone else’s rights.
